Jay Midwood

Jay Midwood is the Director of the Registered Teaching Apprenticeship Program at Rhode Island College.  Jay has worked in education for more than 22 years at the national and local level.  Prior to joining Rhode Island College, Jay was the Chief of Human Capital for the Central Falls School District in Central Falls, RI and Vice President of Operations for the Center for Secondary School Redesign, Inc.  Jay has a deep passion and interest in talent strategy, educational pathways, and working with aspiring educators as part of what he calls, The Talent Ecosystem.
