Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Red Rover, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to generate and qualify leads, build relationships with potential customers, and set up meetings for the sales team. This position requires a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference and solving problems for our customers.
KEY Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs of prospective customers and determine their fit for Red Rover’s solutions.
Schedule Sales Meetings: Set up qualified meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our products.
Maintain CRM Data: Accurately track all prospect interactions, leads, and follow-ups in HubSpot.
Collaborate with Account Executives: Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with K-12 education trends, staffing challenges, and competitive solutions to better engage with prospects.
Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently hit or exceed lead generation and qualification goals.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
