Dr. Renee Zoladz currently serves staff at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining New Trier, Dr. Zoladz served as the Associate Superintendent for Instructional and Personnel Services in Grayslake High School District 127 and as the Assistant Superintendent in Arlington Heights School District 25. She also worked as an elementary principal and middle school assistant principal in Schaumburg District 54. Before entering school administration, Dr. Zoladz taught middle school and high school math. In her role as the Director of Human Resources, she has worked closely with teachers, administrators, and community members to provide a quality educational experience for all students. 

Dr. Zoladz earned her undergraduate degree and doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University of Chicago and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Northeastern Illinois University. She has served on the Boards of the Illinois Association of School Personnel Administrators and the Illinois Association for Employment in Education and has actively served on many committees for the American Association of School Personnel Administrators. Dr. Zoladz has presented with her district colleagues locally and nationally on the topics of global education, the hiring and induction of new principals, using the Danielson Framework in the hiring process, best practices in human capital management, and the meaningful integration of technology in the classroom. She has earned the Human Capital Leader in Education Certification from the American Association of School Personnel Administrators.
